Service Descriptions

Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors—experiences that can quietly shape how you move through your days, relate to others, and understand yourself over time.

I work with adolescents and adults who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what the next step should be. Sometimes clients arrive knowing exactly what feels wrong; other times, there is simply a sense that life has become heavier or harder to manage than it used to be. Therapy provides a steady, supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we focus on strengthening emotional awareness, developing effective coping strategies, and building skills that translate into everyday life—not just insight gained during sessions. I also take a neuro-affirming perspective, recognizing that differences in attention, processing, and emotional regulation are natural variations of human experience rather than problems that need to be fixed.

Our work moves at a pace that respects your readiness and goals. With curiosity and compassion guiding the process, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also recognizing and strengthening the resilience and insight you already possess. Therapy is not about changing who you are—it’s about helping you understand yourself more fully and creating systems, habits, and supports that allow you to function with greater ease.

Over time, therapy can support improved mood stability, clearer thinking, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself and the life you want to build.

Every person’s experience is unique, and each area of focus involves different challenges and treatment approaches. If you’d like to learn more, you can explore each specialty in greater depth:
